We generally do not collect personal data through our website. To maintain the customer relationship with you, we may store and process personal data in other electronic data processing systems. We may also transfer your data to our subsidiaries or companies in which we have a controlling interest through a capital participation to better address your concerns. We may use your personal data to inform you about our offers or offers from companies in which we are involved, if they may be useful for your business activities.

Your personal data may also be used if required by laws or regulatory or judicial orders to establish or protect legal claims or to defend against claims, or to prevent illegal activities, such as intentional attacks on our IT systems. No transfer to third countries is planned.

Of course, we respect your request if you do not want us to use your personal data to maintain our customer relationship (especially for direct marketing measures and market research). Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold or disclosed to third parties, except to companies in which we have a direct interest.
